    Can I update my billing or shipping information after placing an order?

    Once an order is placed, we advise against changing billing or shipping details. If necessary, contact our Customer Service Department at support@ponzoo.us promptly during order processing. If the package hasn't shipped, we can accommodate the change; however, once shipped, address modifications are not possible.

    How do I track my order?

    Upon shipment, you'll receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. Please allow up to 5 business days for tracking information to update in the courier's system after receiving the shipment notification.
